In September I was asked by Work Place Options to address this topic to employees of Gilead, a global pharmaceutical company.

It was a pleasure to work with a group with such a positive vibe and pointing out how misconceptions can get into the way of a healthy professional and private life. For example the wrong underlying assumption that work is a burden and private life the opposite. Recently a famous brand of sport clothing invited me to tackle the subject: “Battling burnout”. BTW my favorite subject.
